Step-by-Step Guide
Sign up for free at: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/microsoft-teams/group-chat-software
Note: Make sure to type in your real name when signing up so that the participants of the videoconference will recognize you.
After signing up, you have two options to join a Microsoft Teams videoconference. You can either download the desktop app or use the web/mobile app. Choose what is easier and more accessible for you.
Note: Please familiarize yourself with the app a few days before the videoconference hearing.
A Microsoft Teams invitation will be sent to your email. If you cannot find the invitation, please check your junk or spam folder.
After opening the email, click the “Join Microsoft Teams Meeting” button to enter the meeting.
Note: Please be on time or join a few minutes earlier.

When you have entered the meeting, please type in your real name before joining the videoconference.
Turn on your video.
Note: Please make sure your background is neat and appropriate for the videoconference.
Also, please inform other people beforehand to give you privacy while the videoconference is ongoing.
Before joining the meeting, please mute your audio.
Note: Make sure you are in a relatively quiet space away from excessive and domestic noise.
After following the instructions above, you are now all set to join the meeting confidently.
During the meeting, you can only turn on your microphone when you are asked to speak. After speaking, please turn off your microphone immediately.
When the videoconference is done, please wait for your lawyer to request permission to leave the meeting before logging out.
