Our areas of practice include Real Estate, Family Law, and Corporate/Business Law. At Lepiten & Bojos Law Offices, we handle notarial services as well.
2. Do you charge for consultations?
We charge ₱ 1,500 for an initial consultation. During the consultation, we will discuss the details of your potential case, its legal process and answer any queries you may have.
Please contact us to schedule a date and time for the consultation at our office. However when it is now possible for you to come to our office, we can facilitate the consultation through a video conference. The mode of payment and its details will be sent by email or phone.
3. What will the legal fees cost me?
The legal fees may vary depending on the circumstances of your case and its duration.
4. Will I have to go to court?
You will not necessarily have to go to court. Based on our experience, the majority of cases settle before ever getting to trial. However, we have extensive trial experience needed to be able to confidently counsel and represent you in a court of law.
5. How long will this process take?
The length of a case depends on several variables and considerations such as caseload of the courts, the availability of the prosecutor, judge, and court personnel, as well as the availability of the persons involved in the case.
6. How will I be kept informed of my case?
At Lepiten & Bojos Law Offices, we keep track of all of the detailed proceedings in your case. We will keep you informed electronically as to any important updates in your case so that you are well up-to-date.
